Yesterday, TV5’s flagship newscast Aksyon unveiled an updated graphics package and a new theme music, which is an updated version of the one used since its inception in 2010.  What is noticeable is that PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar is still being used as voiceover when he is in fact already a public official.
